A Family Session in Glen Echo Park

Kelly is one of our oldest friends. She, Dawn and I have known each other since we were twelve years old. Kelly and her family live just outside of Washington DC in Glen Echo Park. So when I was scheduled to be in the area for another family session in the fall I called Kelly and told her that it would be a perfect opportunity to see each other and take some family photos for her. It’s crazy to think that her girls are now the same age as we were when we first met in middle school many, many years ago! I love continuing to photograph families as they expand and the kids grow from babies, to little kids, to young adults. These girls were all smiles and it was a joy to see and photograph them all. And then afterwards we all drank wine and ate sushi at their home……well no wine for the girls, but you know what I mean!
