Kristen & Mike’s english tudor manor wedding in Philadelphia at Aldie Mansion wedding took place in May. The threat of rain lingered over the entire day and they were almost able to squeeze the ceremony in outdoors behind the Doylestown mansion. Just as the processional started however, the sky opened up and the rain finally came. But just a few quick moves by the Jeffrey Miller Catering staff and the DJ and all the guests were moved into the ballroom for the re-positioned ceremony indoors. Everyone just rolled with the punches and kept a smile on which is what you do on your wedding day. Kristen & Mike’s day was just minimally impacted by the weather and to be honest, they couldn’t have cared less. These high school sweethearts were happy enough to be getting married in front of their closest family and friends, it didn’t matter in the least about the rain. There are A TON of photos in this post because there was just so much going on during Kristen & Mike’s wedding day and there was so many small details and emotion to capture. Plus when we are there from the start of the day through the very end of the reception we tend to keep shooting and shooting! Congratulations Kristen & Mike. Thank you for trusting us to capture your day and thank you for sharing your wedding with us!
