Kim & Greg’s New York City engagement session took place on a warm May afternoon near their Upper East Side apartment. I took the train up in the morning and we spent the rest of the day walking their neighborhood out to the East River, taking photos in the 86h street subway station, in and around Columbus Circle on the outskirts of Central Park and finally finishing up in the early evening at The Paris Theater. I love doing engagement sessions in Manhattan. One benefit of having me come to New York is that we wil spend the entire afternoon together just walking, talking and of course taking photos. With engagement sessions locally we do the same thing of course. But local sessions usually last about 90 minutes or so. When I make the trip to NYC we schedule the whole day off for your engagement session. So, while there is a bit of an added travel expense, you really make out as the entire day is dedicated to doing one thing…..taking your engagement photos and talking all things wedding!
Kim & Greg’s wedding has come and gone. It took place in November at The Carriage House at Rockwood Park in Wilmington Delaware. There will be plenty to see from their wonderful wedding in the coming months. But for now, enjoy this springtime New York City Engagement Session!
