Amy & John’s Talamore Country Club wedding took place at the end of March on a rather chilly early spring day. We actually met up at Talamore a few weeks prior to the wedding day for Amy & John’s engagement session. That day was even colder than the wedding day. So comparably speaking the wedding day was quite tropical. They held their ceremony just down the street at Supplee Presbyterian Church in Maple Glen. After the short trip from the church to Talamore Joy and I took the wedding party around to the wooden bridge that skirts the pond on the back nine of the Talamore golf course. The cold kept our session short but we managed to create some fun and beautiful photos for the bride and groom. Then it was on to the reception in Talamore’s Magnolia Ballroom complete with an indoor waterfall. This was also the first time that I had seen a New Orleans style 2nd line procession performed in this area of the country. It was a great way to kick off the dancing in the reception! Congratulations Amy & John. Thank you for sharing your day with us. Enjoy your wedding photos!
