A Unique Save the Date Announcement on Super-8 Film in Avalon, NJ

I absolutely love it when clients approach me with new and fun ideas, and this was definitely a first for me! When Laura and Brooks had first gotten in contact with me, I was immediately excited and impressed with how thought out their save the date concept was! This wonderful couple wanted to create a video (or in this case, film) save the date announcement. They told me they envisioned a Super-8 film of doing all of their favorite summer activities, and that is just what we did! 

We met up in Laura and Brooks’ favorite Jersey shore town, Avalon, towards the end of summer and got started creating their perfect Super-8 save the date announcement! We started off in a beautiful family shore home as the couple started off the evening by making their own guacamole and margaritas to later enjoy on the porch; before jetting off on a classic Jersey shore bike ride to their favorite local ice cream shop, Freeze Avalon. Laura and Brooks continued their summer-filled evening down the shore by packing up their jeep to head over to Sea Isle City. Upon entering Sea Isle, Brooks picked up a pizza from the local spot, Panzinis, for the couple to enjoy together along the bay while watching the stunning August sunset. Upon a romantic evening in Sea Isle, Laura and Brooks opened the pizza box to reveal their upcoming fall wedding date and location. 

In a wonderfully unique and creative idea, Laura and Brooks’ Super-8 film save the date is a save the date that encapsulates a perfect romantic summer evening between a young East Coast couple in love. We were not only able to bring Laura and Brooks’ unique vision to life, exactly as planned, but create lasting memories for the couple and their loved ones to cherish and look back on for years to come! This unique Super-8 film save the date encapsulates the classic nostalgia of summer evenings spent along the Jersey Shore, while embracing and truly showing the radiant love between Laura and Brooks!
