Mary, Dominic and I first met a few years ago when they hired us to photograph their engagement session and wedding at Valley Green Inn. Since then their family has grown by two boys over the past few years and we have been lucky enough to be asked to continue to document their family. Recently Mary celebrated a birthday and Dom surprised her with a family photo session at the very spot where they were married a few years ago. How sweet is that….to be able to take their boys to be photographed in the same spot that they first became a family. Not that the young boys understood or even cared at all. They were way more interested in the geese in the creek and the snacks at Valley Green. But maybe one day they will look back at these family photos and appreciate how special this location in Philadelphia’s Fairmount Park is to their mom and dad.
