Sarah called me a few weeks ago to ask if we could schedule a maternity session soon. I was like, “Sounds great Sarah but I’m not pregnant”. We all had a good laugh because that’s a solid joke. And then when she finally pulled herself together she told me that SHE was pregnant. That made much more sense. So we scheduled their Bucks County Maternity Session for last Friday. Sarah came up with the idea of Washington Crossing Park right on the Delaware. Sarah, Jeff and I go back a couple of years, We had quite an epic engagement session at the LBI Lighthouse the fall before their wedding in Cape May at Congress Hall. We made some fun portraits on their maternity session, some very sweet, hopeful portraits as well as some boss Momma pics. Maternity sessions can be a mix of fun, sweet, adventurous (to an extent) and glamorous. Sarah and Jeff were up for anything and we spent a couple of hours together last Friday exploring the park. They are due in just another week or two and I will be heading to their home in New Jersey to photograph the brand new little miss or mister soon! It was a pleasure to see you both again you guys.
