Nicole & Alexander, having had to postpone their 2020 wedding decided to play it safe and push the big party at The Lakehouse Inn until summer of 2022. But not wanting to wait another year to be married they decided to hold a micro wedding ceremony across from Nicole’s parents’ beach house in Avalon, New Jersey. A quick walk (literally) across the street from the family home to the church, and down the aisle lead by her grandmother as flower girl and Nicole was at the altar with Alexander. We were there for just a few hours to capture Nicole getting her dress on, the ceremony performed by Nicole’s dad and some photos on the beach. It was short and sweet but so very memorable. It’s not often that a bride can have her own father perform the wedding ceremony. You can imagine what that felt like for both Nicole and her parents. We look forward to seeing the family again in another month at Nicole’s sister Hannah’s wedding at Normandy Farm. You guys, I am so thrilled to be sharing these photos with you all. I am happy that we will get to do it all again in August and then again one more time next year! Enjoy your photos.
