Chelsea & Justin were married twice. They were married last year in the height of the early part of the pandemic. Naturally the had to postpone their wedding reception to 2021. While they were originally schedule to have their 2020 reception at Cescaphe’s ballroom in Northern Liberties, the way it all shook out then ended up having their big wedding party under the tent at The Waterworks along the banks of the Schuylkill River. Jordan created this beautiful and emotional feature edit for Chelsea and Justin but they, their families and all of their friends brought all that energy.
