There is a gorgeous new-ish park just down the street from our suburban Philadelphia home in Dresher. Like literally….just down the street…it’s like a 10 minute walk from our front door. And in the fall this park shines and is a perfect location for fall family photo sessions. We plan on using this gorgeous location (that again…is extremely convenient) for years and years to come. Last fall, our electrician and HVAC guy, Tim was fixing our heater and we were talking about what he does and what we do etc. etc. He mentioned that they hadn’t had any professional photos taken as a family in quite some time. I mentioned that this was the absolute best time for family photos in Philadelphia since the leaves were at their colorful peak and we then had their family photo session on the books! Part of what we love to capture are the sweet, the goofy and the loving moments between a child and their parents. A 90 minute session on a warm fall day fit the bill and we came away with some really beautiful images for Tim and his young family. If it’s been more than a year since you have had your family photographed professionally now is the time to get your family session scheduled. Spring is right around the corner and while it will look quite different from this quintessential fall family photo session, the spring is another fantastic time in Philadelphia for family photos!
