Family sessions photographed in Philadelphia are always beautiful. But in the fall, in this part of the country, family photos can turn from beautiful to magical! Such was the case for the Kelly family’s fall leaf filled family photo session. We met up with the Kellys at Curtis Arboretum in Wyncotte, PA and spent the afternoon walking the grounds and exploring the beautiful hardscape and  landscaped vistas. This park was designed by Fredrick Law Olmsted, the same landscape architect that designed Central Park in New York City. We just adore photographing family sessions in this park because there is so much variety in an easily walkable area. And in the fall, there are colored leaves on the ground that kids ALWAYS love picking up and throwing on their parents and/or siblings. Of course we NEVER encourage this type of behavior on our family photo sessions. But we are more than happy to photograph it when it happens. Thank you for asking us to document your family Kellys!
