Rachael & Matt’s spring wedding took place at Talamore Country Club on a Saturday in May. It was a beautiful and colorful spring afternoon…even if it rained a but during the middle part of the day. We started off with the couple as they got ready in North Wales at Joseph Ambler Inn. There was the usual buzz of activity as Rachael and her bridesmaids had their hair and makeup done while Matt and the guys pretty much hung out until about 15 minutes before they needed to be ready to head out the door. That’s pretty standard….the girls prep for hours and hours and the guys lay in bed, watch TV and then frantically rush to put on their suits and ties at the last minute. Rachel & Matt had a very emotional first look on the property at Joseph Ambler Inn. Matt’s grandparents were able to sneak in for a peak as well. And of course not wanting to be left out of the excitement was their tuxedoed pup who was happy to pose for a few photos with his soon to be married mom and dad. After wedding party photos it was off to the church for the wedding ceremony. The sky kind of opened up and down poured for a while. Luckily for Rachael & Matt, the rain was really only coming down while everyone was inside the church anyway. Once we arrived to Talamore Country Club we took a few more photos out back on the bridged walkway before heading into cocktail hour and the reception in Talamore’s gorgeous Conservatory Ballroom. The entrance down the grand staircase at Talamore is always a special event and Rachael & Matt’s entrance to the crowd full of napkin waiving, cheering fans was no different. Dinner, parent dances and wedding toasts followed. And then the party started and everyone danced for hours. It was another joyous day and a memorable event for our team.
