Romantic Fall Engagement Photos in Lambertville, New Jersey

As an engagement and wedding photographer, I seek out to help plan and create your dream photo session. Thinking outside the box (or state lines, in Kaelyn and Brandon’s case!) has become my strong suit over the years of photographing various engagement sessions. So when Kaelyn and Brandon came to me saying they wanted more of a quiet, small town engagement session feel, despite living in the bustling city of Philadelphia – we approached their dream fall engagement photos head on and came up with the idea of heading into Lambertville, New Jersey! 

Lambertville honestly made for the perfect backdrop for Kaelyn and Brandon’s fall engagement photos. The town was quiet and quaint, allowing for us to feel like we were stepping into our own small-town movie set. We walked through town, admiring and taking photos in front of some of the local small businesses. The small-town feel definitely created the perfect romantic touch for Kaelyn and Brandon’s fall engagement photos.

After exploring the town’s streets and alleyways for a little, we headed over to Lambertville’s iconic green bridge along the Delaware River, which connects the town over into New Hope, PA. We wanted to take advantage of the bridge and river, as it looks so magical during the beautiful fall sunset. Whilst on the bridge, we winded down the session by letting loose on posing, and I got to capture Kaelyn and Brandon’s authentic love for one another as they just embraced and cozied up to one another during the romantic fall sunset. Ending Kaelyn and Brandon’s fall engagement photo session along the bridge really solidified the whole small-town feel they were going for, and made them look straight out of a romance movie!

I’m excited to photograph Kaelyn and Brandon’s New Years Eve Wedding next year at The Ballroom at Ellis Preserve!
