Kaelyn & Brandon’s Ballroom at Ellis Preserve wedding took place on New Year’s Eve. It was an elegant a classically styled day with a subtle winter theme and of course that black tie, formal New Year’s Eve vibe. Everything took place onsite at Finley Catering’s Ballroom in Newtown Square from Kaelyn and her girls getting ready through the party to ring in the new year at the strike of Midnight. Our photo and video team couldn’t have spent the last day of the year surrounded by a more kind and caring group of people. Kaelyn & Brandon’s family and friends welcomed us all in as part of the tribe for the day and we were able to immerse ourselves into their crew allowing us to really capture some authentic and candid moments. There were lots of hugs and happy tears throughout the day during the prep, ketubah signing and the wedding ceremony where Kaelyn’s brother composed and performed an original song on the marimba. That was definitely a first for us. What an incredible gift for a brother to give to his sister on her wedding day! After the ceremony concluded and guests wrapped up cocktail hour it was onto the party where Big Ric Rising had the whole room jumping and grooving all night after a sparkler lit entrance by the newlyweds. A few minutes before midnight there was a countdown projected on the wall next to the dance floor. As party hats and noise makers were handed out, the crowd got more and more excited to finally be able to countdown the final seconds of the year as we all waived goodbye to 2023 and welcomed 2024 in with a bang while at the same time congratulating Kaelyn & Brandon before sending them off to start their lifetime together.
